A Scottish power company recently billed a 23-foot-high, 1,200-year-old engraved stone for the cost of illuminating it for passersby. The bill, which is normally sent to a conservancy organization, was mistakenly addressed to the Suenos Stone, Scotland's largest surviving Pict relic. According to the BBC, the mailman who delivered the bill knocked on the relic, "only to receive a stony silence."
