June-August 2004InteractiveDig Sagalassos: Find of the Week 4
It is always difficult to select a find of the week, though next week it will be much easier as colossal statuary has turned up in the Hadrianic Nymphaeum above the Lower Agora. For this week, however, the very bright and natural colors of the mosaics in the waiting lounge and vestibule on the upper floor of the late Roman palatial mansion in the domestic area, after their treatment with ethyl silicate have been selected.
