June-August 2007InteractiveDig Sagalassos: Find of the Week 4 2007
There can be no doubt that the colossal head of Hadrian discovered in the Roman Baths is not only the find of week four, but probably will be the find of the whole season. Both its colossal size and the quality of the workmanship made it famous, within a week from Vancouver to Sydney and made it turn up in many international news bulletins. (See "Major Find at Sagalassos," August 2, 2007.)
