Archaeology magazine is published 6 times a year by the Archaeological Institute of America. All profits from Archaeology magazine support the Institute.  Cover price is $6.99 per issue.

Delivery Policy

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of first issue for any new print subscription.  New issues are printed mailed out bimonthly from our printer.  Additional mailings are done between the main run for each issue for new subscription orders.   Digital subscriptions are activated immediately after purchase.

Replacement Copies

If you do not receive a copy of an issue or the copy you receive is damaged, you can request a replacement by contacting our fulfillment house.  Requested replacement copies are sent out weekly.

Cancellations and Refunds

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting our fulfillment house (877-275-9782 or via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).  Refunds will be made for any unserved copies associated with a paid subscription term.  Refunds will be prorated from the amount initially paid for the subscription.  Copies cannot be returned to receive credit toward a paid subscription.
