A New Look at Peru's Painted Temple

A team led by archaeologist Sâm Ghavami of the University of Fribourg has been excavating previously unknown sections of a mural at the Huaca Pintada, or Painted Temple, near the tiny hamlet of Illimo in Peru. To read in-depth about the project, click here. All images are Courtesy Sâm Ghavami.
